(H.H.W)is the beginning of human concern in our organization. We look at how women has been treated in Haiti which seems to be unacceptable in our point of view as far as human right is related. Many women are left alone to take care of the responsibility of their family which we believe creating a psychologically impact in their life. We, H.H.O believe women in Haiti are very stressful because they don’t have a support system to help them in the time of need. Therefore many of them are required to work long hours at work to obtain a basic need of life, food, water.

It becomes necessary for Haitian women to have the knowledge and tool that required for them to have a proper living in Haiti. It appears that the Haitian women are the one that allow the Haitian economic to grow without realize it. In every corner around Haiti one most likely will find a woman vendor that makes an effort to sell something. Unfortunately things never come out the way they want to be. Due to the lack of resource and poverty they have to face just to obtain the basic need. 

In order for H.H.O to help Haitian women in Haiti to achieve a better life style, we plant to create a special Centre for women. The Centre will be responsible to provide knowledge, education and skills to empower women. We will also educate them how to become leaders. Because we believe is through empowerment they could achieve what they need. H. H.O believes Haitian women deserve better, especially those who are single and have children. H.H.O believe by we teaching those women how to become business women, leader, educators and much more. By empowering woman we believe, we empowering the future of Haiti. Because women are most likely are the one that rise the children. Therefore the woman will pass on their skill and knowledge the children when they are well educated. 

The Haitian women are hard working women, they know how to work, they know how to run business, they know how to turn goodness into dollars but the only thing they don’t know is that, they don’t know where to get the help and need to support them. Cause of that  H.H.O wants to be the power of their resources.
