This agency will focus on the need of the students in Haiti, who have not been exposed to a quality education. Our primary goal is to create a library that will serve all the students in Haiti at all levels of education, from kindergarten to University. We believe that a library will provide the necessary resources, including the knowledge and technology for all Haitian students to begin a new era of exploitation and innovation, and will provide the proper material to further their intelligence.

H.H.O believes education presents one of the most critical issues in Haiti, not only is there the problem of too many of our people uneducated, but even beyond that, is the quality of education that exists in our school system. Our education is lacking. The education of our educators is lacking in quality. All together, the education in Haiti is devoid of quality. It is for these reasons that H.H.O will seek to provide a sound education to all Haitians at all levels. H.H.O believes that it is only through education that our people can truly appreciate who they are, and what Haiti has to offer. We take our program seriously to provide a good quality education to all Haitians in our country. A good school system is very important in a constructed society because it is through schooling one can found out how a society is function. 

(H.H.E.T) Design to educated Haitian students the value of technology at large. We want to expose the students to the newest technology there is the market. As we all know from the western atmosphere the technology is so advance, it becomes almost impossible for people to live without. As the world is moving toward e-business. 

(H.H.O) believes it is important to reform the Haitian society to technologically affair. We believe in order for Haitian people to be competitive in the market place they must be able to know how to proper use a technology device to the best of their advantage. The mission for Haitian Hope for Education and Technology is to create a facility where Haitian people of all ages specially student to come and learn to work on technological device. 

The mission may sound to be impossible but it’s not. As long as we have people that willing to support the program there should be no challenge. We have students that really want to learn but do not have the proper tools. The only thing we have to do is provide them with the materials and everything else will fall together
