(H.H.M) was created in mind to empower the men in Haiti through integrity, morality, and intelligence. Sometime one may wonders what the men in Haiti are doing?. How did they support their family and what kind the job they do, if there is any? Some of this questions remind unanswered for many of them. Life in Haiti for many men is getting much more miserable everyday, regardless of their level of education. Many men in Haiti, after a long term of schooled to obtain a better life, they found themselves to be jobless or they could say to themselves where they are going to get their next meal? even with a job there is still no guarantee where they will get a meal. However the Question remain unanswered. 

For many years a lot of Haitian men, found it to very traumatic to take care of their family. Since many of them never hold a stable job. They wake up in the morning wonder what they are going to do. Especially for those who have a wife and kids. Taking of care of a family that is something important. Wives and children most of the time always looking toward the men to provide some good to their family. And throughout history men has known as the provider. Therefore it becomes an obligation for men to do anything necessary to provide for their family. But In Haiti, it is not always the case. It appears to be impossible for many men to provide for their family. Most of them are without jobs and they have been misunderstanding about how to provide for their family. We, H.H.O believe there is a way to help out the Haitian men to progress in Haiti and become a better provider for their family. 

We believe a lot of men in Haiti has been mis-educated about being a provider. The type of job many Haitian men want has been pre- create in their mind since they were a child. Many Haitian men always want to hold an office position and be the man in charge. But as they become an adult this pre-created notion they had, when they were a child never come into reality.

Cause of that H.H.O want to take a different approach by re-educated the men a new way of life. We, H.H.O will teach them how to become business men and how to overcome the office syndrome that hold them and the country back for many centuries. . Show them whatever they want to do will not reflex in a negative impact in the future. An office work is not necessary for them to start. Any one needs to start somewhere and it does not have to be an office.

H.H.O will Create a program that’s going to focus on teaching men in Haiti how to start their own business and how start some where in a business in other for them to provide for their family. We will focus our aspect at a mental and educational level to teach them how to become a true entrepreneur.
